Screen caps of Monday’s ‘Law & Order’ finale have been added to the gallery.
TNT released a statement yesterday denying claims that the network was in talks with NBC and Dick Wolf over possibly picking up the show for a 21st season after all.
I suppose there are still other options to be explored- but I wouldn’t bet on seeing the show again (anywhere). So unless I am explicitly (and with all the details) told the contrary, I will treat this season’s finale as the last episode of ‘Law & Order’.

Alana released the following statement on the matter on her website:

“Well guys, it looks like the Law & Order chapter is closed for now – at least for Rubirosa and the rest of the mothership. All I can say is, I am infinitely grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such an iconic show. It’s an experience that I will always cherish and look back upon with many fond memories.
The producers, writers, directors, cast and crew are not only very gifted, but just such great people. May new and exciting jobs find you soon.
To all the loyal Law & Order fans, thanks for tuning in and keeping the show alive as long as you did. Onto my next adventure- hope to see you there!”

Over 20 new videos from the last four episodes of ‘Law & Order’ have been added to the video archives. I am very sorry that I have only gotten around to adding them now- but I have been incredibly busy lately.

As all of you have probably heard by now, NBC recently announced their (in my opinion) rather surprising decision not to renew ‘Law & Order’ for a record breaking 21st season. The network decided to pick up the new spin-off series Law & Order: Los Angeles instead.
The show’s creator and producer Dick Wolf, however, is still claiming that the show is not dead yet. Saying:

“The flagship series is in a medically induced coma, waiting for a live-saving medicine.”

Rumor has it there is talk of the show moving to TNT or getting some sort of a tv special to tie up all the lose ends. But at this point that’s all just speculation…

I have been rather busy lately, so I have only gotten around to adding new ‘Law & Order’ screen caps today. Video clips from the episode will probably be added today or tomorrow. But for now you can take a look at the caps and read the preview for next Monday’s 20×20 The Taxman Cometh:

A YOUNG SOCIALITE IS FOUND DEAD IN THE BACK OF A LIMOUSINE Detectives Cyrus Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Kevin Bernard (Anthony Anderson) are called in to investigate the death of a young heiress, Annie Douglas (guest star Morgan Lynch), who died of an apparent drug overdose. The detectives begin to suspect her cousin, Randy (guest star Daniel Abeles), whose inheritance was increased due to Annie’s death. As the investigation continues, Annie’s greedy relatives reveal another recent loss in the group. The case becomes more than a family matter as an experimental cancer clinic, fraudulent adoptions and unborn children are tied into the case.

After a long wait Law & Order will finally return to NBC on Monday, May 3 with the first of the final five episodes of this season. Here’s the synopsis for 20×19 ‘Crashers’. You can watch a preview here.

A YOUNG MODEL IS FOUND DEAD SHORTLY AFTER CRASHING AN EXCLUSIVE POLITICAL EVENT When the body of a young model, Brenna Lane (guest star Sabina Gadecki), is found burning in an alley, Detective Cyrus Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Detective Kevin Bernard (Anthony Anderson) go in search of her killer. With no witnesses, the detectives must retrace the victim’s last steps to get insight into her final days. They quickly discover that just before her death, Brenna crashed an upscale political event, hosted by Senator Peterson (guest star Tony Roberts) and his wife, Camille (guest star Kathy Baker). As secrets unfold, Lupo and Bernard realize that they must untangle an intricate web of lies to obtain the truth about Brenna Lane’s murder.

And here’s what Olympic medalist Lindsey Vonn said about her upcoming guest appearance in the finale (which she calls her post-Olympic highlight so far):

“Doing a cameo on Law & Order, my favorite TV show. I got to play a jury foreman and had a line. I got to meet all my favorite actors, Jeremy (Sisto) and Anthony (Anderson). They were funny, cracking jokes between scenes. Alana de la Garza plays this real serious character but she’s hilarious.”

This is a bit strange though- because it was earlier reported that she plays an administrative assistant with a vital clue in a case involving a terrorist…

I am really sorry that it’s taken me a bit longer to inform you about the most recent updates this time. I have been quite busy and just haven’t had the time to sit down and write some complete sentences. Screen caps and video clips of the latest ‘Law & Order’ episodes have been added, as I am sure you have already noticed. (You will most likely find that the gallery and the video archives are updated regularly- even if there is no mention of it on the front page).

And this is what you can expect from tonight’s episode ‘Four Cops Shot’:
AN ENTIRE COMMUNITY IS SHAKEN WHEN FOUR POLICE OFFICERS ARE SHOT
When Detectives Cyrus Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Kevin Bernard (Anthony Anderson) arrive on the scene of four fallen police officers, they have to act fast to find the shooter. With a room full of witnesses, they have a description of the culprit but little else. The case becomes even more complex when the detectives discover that the police officers may have known the shooter.

The investigation quickly leads them to a circuit of drug dealers, a jealous husband and a remorseful judge who are all pieces of a larger puzzle.

After what sure seems like an endless break due to the winter olympics, Law & Order returned to our tv screens on Monday. The show debuted on its new night with not one but two whole new episodes. It’s great to finally have the show back!
As always screen caps and video clips have been added:

It’s been a while since we’ve had a new episode of Law & Order. And with the exception of Friday’s “Fed” NBC will continue to air reruns during the holidays. New episodes will probably be back on the air in January.
Unfortunately Connie didn’t have much to do in this episode- so only a few screen caps have been added to the gallery. But fear not because I have more updates to make that will hopefully bridge this gap. But for now:

I have added the usual screen caps and clips of Friday’s Law & Order episode ‘Shotgun’ to the site. This was episode 10 and so far I haven’t heard anyone at NBC say that they definitely want to order more than the 16 episodes they already have. They just recently ordered more episodes of Trauma- so who knows, maybe we’ll get lucky, too.

Law & Order has once again made it very clear that it can still deliver a great story after twenty years. It seems to me that the show is getting better and better every weeks. So hoping for a 21st season might not be so crazy after all…Last night’s ‘For the Defense’ revealed a lot about Connie and it was great to see Mike’s interaction with her in this episode. I don’t want to give too much away in case there’s anybody who hasn’t seen it yet. If that’s the case you should definitely check out the eight video clips I’ve added.

Screen caps from last Friday’s two ‘Law & Order’ episodes have been added to the gallery. Video clips have been added, too. Connie got some great story lines this season. So I would strongly recommend taking a look at our clips. And it appears that we’ll learn even more about Connie next week.

Here’s the description for next week’s ‘For The Defense’
A CASE THAT BEGINS AS A SEARCH FOR A MISSING WITNESS SPIRALS INTO A MURDER CONSPIRACY WITH ADA CONNIE RUBIROSA (ALANA DE LA GARZA) CAUGHT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE.
After a key witness for a murder trial is found dead outside her hotel room, Detectives Cyrus Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Kevin Bernard (Anthony Anderson) become involved in a spiraling case that unravels into an intricate conspiracy, leaving additional witnesses’ lives in danger and Rubirosa in the crossfire. Black market dealings, affairs and drug cartels intertwine to expose the risk of taking the stand as a witness when corrupt officials control the court.
